Find ReCap point clouds attached to a Forma project
Overview
Authenticates against Autodesk Platform Services and calls the Forma Site Design HTTP API to find ReCap point cloud reference files attached to a Forma project, plotting their real-world locations on a Leaflet map. A FormaDM-style server-side app (3-legged OAuth via aps_auth.py), not an embedded-view extension — lives under ReCap/ since it's ReCap-specific tooling.
